Terms and Conditions
It is our aim at Smith& Smith (Bridport) Ltd. to guarantee your satisfaction. If you have any comments, questions, concerns, ideas, or just fancy getting in touch, please contact us.
If goods are found to be unsuitable, please return them in good condition within 10 days of receipt. Please ensure that they are in their original packing with all labels intact. For health and hygiene we are unable to accept returns of underwear.
Any postal charges that are incurred will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods.
A few important details that you should know
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons:
• Authorisation of your payment failed
• We made a pricing or product description error
If there are any problems with an order, you’ll be contacted by one of our Customer Services Advisors.
If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so up to the point when it is despatched (orders are normally processed immediately after they’ve been placed), so we may have already packed your order and made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel it. If this is the case then we can’t always stop the order from being delivered: once you receive the order, just return it to us. To cancel your order, please telephone us - +44 (01308) 422172.
Postage and packing for UK addresses
For orders up to £19.99 - £1.50
For orders £20.00 - £49.99 - £2.95
For orders £50.00 - £74.99 - £4.50
For orders £75.00 and over - POST FREE
Express delivery - normal postage and packing costs plus £5.00.
These rates apply to each individual mainland UK delivery address.
We make every effort to deliver goods as quickly as possible. Please,allow 28 days for delivery within the UK. If delivery is expected to be longer than 28 says we will advise you. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
For orders outside the UK mainland carriage will be charged at the actual cost. The standard rates above do not apply. As it is not possible to show the postal price at the time of ordering, a manual adjustment will be made to the invoice when the goods are despatched.
Privacy Policy
Personal information is private so we treat it with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. We collect only information that is essential to process your order and are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
We never sell or give any information we have about you to any third party. You can rest assured that your credit/debit card and personal information are safe with us.
